Price of goods
All prices are quoted inclusive of Australian 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). When you go through checkout, your invoice will show the amount of GST included in your purchase. This amount is not added to your total. A tax invoice will be provided when your order is mailed.
Payment options
We accept the following payment methods
- Paypal
- Visa & Mastercard (either on or offline)
- Bank or personal cheque (order only processed after cheque clearance).
- Money order.
- Direct deposit.
- COD (additional fee applies - see below)
- Payment on local pick-up.
Payment (or layby deposit payment) must be made within 7 days of purchase or goods will be returned to stock. Please contact us if circumstances arise which may prevent you from paying within this time frame so that we can discuss options.
Out of Stock policy
Our stock is constantly being updated and every attempt is made to ensure all advertised items are in stock. Occasionally, however, due to a stock count error or a faulty item, we may not be able to supply the item purchased. At that time, we will give you the option of:
- A full refund on the item not available.
- A credit for the item not available, which can be used immediately or at a later date for other items in our store.
- Placing your purchase on backorder and waiting for new stock to arrive.
We will contact you should this situation arise to make your preferred arrangements.
Delivery Terms and Post & Handling (P&H) charges
Upon receipt of the order and verification of payment, goods will be dispatched by Australia Post (within Australia) within three working days. International orders will be dispatched by customer’s preferred method of delivery.
Delivery and P&H charges for all purchases are as follows:
Orders within Australia
For local customers, store pick-up is available by prior arrangement, and there is no shipping charge, regardless of the order size. To pick up, arrangements should be made with Aussie Papercraft & Scrapbooking prior to pick-up to ensure your order is ready, and to ensure someone will be available at your preferred time. After hours pick-up is available.
Postage is charged according to the weight of the items purchased. Each product has an individual postage charge, but this is combined when multiple items are purchased, providing significant savings. Postage will be automatically calculated for you in your shopping basket. Base postage prices for regular post in Australia are as follows:
- Up to 150 grams - $5.00
- 150g - 360g - $6.20
- Over 360g - ranges between $8.00 and $13.00 depending on location.
Registered Post is an additional $2.05. If you wish to have your items delivered by Registered Post, please select this from the postage options. We do recommend insurance for any orders over $50, as Australia Post will not cover loss or damage above this amount for uninsured items.
Registered Postage is FREE for all orders delivered within Australia over $90 (please select Registered if you wish to have it registered and insured). This should automatically reflect on your invoice on checkout - please contact us if this does not occur. For International orders, if your invoice shows up with free postage, this is incorrect, and a postage amount will need to be included for the delivery to be made. You will need to contact us should this occur to arrange a manual invoice calculation.
COD delivery is available. The purchaser is responsible for paying the additional COD fee to Australia Post upon delivery. Australia Post COD delivery is $9.85.
Express Post is available on request, and will require a quotation. Please contact us if you wish to have your item delivered by Express Post and we will advise the cost. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR AMENDED INVOICE.
Orders outside Australia
International orders will need to contact us for a postage quote. Most New Zealand postage rates will self calculate, but please await confirmation before making payment.
If, at any time, you have concerns about the postage calculations on your order, please contact us and we will manually review the charges for you.
Minimum order amount
There is no minimum order amount.
Safe delivery of goods
Aussie Papercraft & Scrapbooking will ensure all orders are securely packaged at time of sending and any damage in transit will be at the purchaser’s risk. Aussie Papercraft & Scrapbooking can arrange insurance should you wish to cover your risk. Just select Registered Post on checkout and it will be added to your invoice.
Should your goods arriver damaged, it is important that you keep all packaging and take to your local post office for review and to make a claim. We cannot make these claims on this end, but are happy to provide any receipts or information you require.
True to colour
Customers should be aware that the colour of images of papers and other products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as for the actual product. We endeavour to display images in as true to actual colour as is possible but even then the image you see displayed on your screen may be different. If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, see our refund policy for the steps you should take to have this matter rectified.
