Heidi Swapp found that one of her favorite ways to use decorative papers was to cut them down into strips, creating borders, frames, and stripes on her pages. Creating decorative tapes seemed like a great way to make scrapbooking quicker and easier. She complied colors, styles, and looks together in one set of 4 tapes per dispenser to make combining them simple and fun. The different widths and colors can be layered or lined up to achieve a unique look every time.
